Meet Our Team

Christine Milne-O'Grady, MSW is licensed in the state of Vermont and New Hampshire as an LICSW. She has extensive training in EMDR and specializes working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent population. She is currently working towards her EMDIRA certification for EMDR. She offers telehealth for folks in both states of Vermont and New Hampshire via a HIPPA compliant program called Simple Practice. 

Kristi Zola, MS is licensed in Vermont (LCMHC) and Wyoming (LPC).  She has extensive training in EMDR and in Brainspotting.  She is currently working on Certification in both.  Her office is located in Lyndonville, Vermont but she frequently travels to Wyoming and can do telehealth in either state.
